Refund Policy

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for items returned within 7 days and found to be in good condition after inspection.
• Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
